I've been with Fleet Medical Centre for 18 years now and they have steadily improved over the years to give great service. You sometimes have to wait a while to get an appointment but normally get seen promptly, especially earlier in the day. They've extended their surgery hours and now start at 8am which is really useful if you work.

20 mins late for appointment with nurse, apology offered and receptionist recovered the opportunity. Moments later I was called.
